If you haven't completed our Level 1 Reiki course you may not be aware that there are minor chakras too. Below we list 3 Minor Chakra's that may be of use for your healing journey. Keep in mind the right side relates to the masculine side and the left relates to the feminine side.
HIPS
When people don't feel supported, the hips chakras might need to be cleared and activated.
KNEES
Problem with stagnation, lackof flexibility and confidence.
FEET
There are also Minor Chakras under the sole of each foot. Reiki helps improves balanceand increases connection with the Earth, making you feel accepted and able to move forward easily.
